With my Ph.D. in Education and an M.Sc. in Special Education from Cologne University, Germany, I bring a unique perspective to stress management that incorporates research-based techniques and holistic practices.



As a certified Creative Arts Therapist, E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, and Certified Meditation Teacher, I offer a wide range of tools and practices to help you manage stress and cultivate wellness.


In addition to providing practical tips and strategies for stress management, my blog is designed to be a virtual home for moms. It's a safe and welcoming space where you can come to find inspiration, a listening ear, and understanding.
